Phoenix, AZ – Geiger Bros. (www.geiger.com) has leased 6,723 SF at The Alter Group’s (www.altergroup.com) Riverwalk Arizona business park in Scottsdale, AZ. Michael J. Alter, President of the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm, announced the transaction.
Geiger Bros. will use the space, located at 7500 North Dobson Road, as its Scottsdale field office. The Lewiston, ME-based firm, established in 1878, is a family-owned and managed national distributor of promotional products. The firm’s best-known product is the 189-year-old Farmers’ Almanac.
In addition to the Scottsdale field office, Geiger Bros. has locations in San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; San Gabriel Valley, CA; Tustin, CA; Tampa, FL; St. Louis, MO; Boston, MA; Jackson, MS; New York; Philadelphia, PA; York, PA; Chapin, SC; Seattle, WA; and Milwaukee, WI.
