Atlanta, GA -- Lawyers Title Insurance Company (www.landam.com) has leased 12,353 SF of space in Brookside/700 at The Alter Group's (www.altergroup.com Brookside Concourse business park in Alpharetta, GA. Michael J. Alter, President of the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm, announced the lease.
The leading provider of real estate transaction services will use the space, located at 4300 Alexander Drive, as a regional office supporting the firm's Southeastern operations. Lawyers Title Insurance Company is a subsidiary of CT-based LandAmerica Exchange Company, which provides title insurance and a broad range of real estate-related products and services.
Gregg Metcalf, represented The Alter Group in the transaction. Billy Hobbs, Principal with Cresa Partners, represented Lawyers Title.
"A spectacular amenity base, convenient location, unique work environment and the significant in-park amenities -- all within walking distance of Brookside/700 -- brought Lawyers Title to Brookside. The 45-acre Brookside Concourse is located at Highway 120 (Old Milton Parkway, formerly State Bridge Road), just east of Georgia 400. Part of the 204-acre, mixed-use Brookside business park, Brookside Concourse ultimately will have more than 550,000 SF of single- and multi-story office space.
