Phoenix, AZ -- The Rocky Mountain Information Network (RMIN) (www.rmin.rissinfo.com) has leased 22,700 SF in Corridors/2001 at The Alter Group's (www.altergroup.com) 80-acre Corridors -- Phoenix mixed-use park. Michael J. Alter, President of the Chicago-based national corporate real estate development firm, announced the lease.
The Rocky Mountain Information Network (RMIN) is one of six regional centers that comprise the Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) (http://www.irr.com/riss). This national program enhances local, state, federal and tribal criminal justice agencies' capabilities. RMIN facilitates information sharing within the law-enforcement community and assists member agencies in combating multi-jurisdictional criminal activities and conspiracies that pose a threat to public safety.
RMIN serves more than 13,000 members in more than 1,000 law-enforcement agencies in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming and Canada. RMIN is using the space as its headquarters.
The Alter Group's exclusive marketing agent for Corridors is Ashley Brooks, Senior Vice President, CB Richard Ellis. Vicki Robinson, Account Manager, The Staubach Company, Phoenix, represented the Rocky Mountain Information Network.
