Designed to accommodate first-class medical and research facilities, the Arizona Health & Technology Park is a 50-acre business park that will be a unique high-tech environment with a spectrum of complex facilities, ranging from a nationally recognized university to medical office buildings to specialty hospitals to biomedical research-and-development facilities. Envisioned as an integral part of the neighboring educational campus of medical office buildings and specialty hospitals, the park surrounds the Arizona School of Health Sciences and the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health at the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences' Mesa campus.

A mix of public and private users, the Arizona Health & Technology Park is creating a seminal point for the study, practice and research of cutting-edge medical procedures in the East Valley.

The inaugural 43,000 SF facility at the new research triangle will be home to the 30,000 SF dental clinic of the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Care, the state's first dental school.
