The Alter Group plans to develop King Mill in two 90-acre phases. King Mill is located 25 miles south of Atlanta and minutes from the north/south I-75. The property is on I-75’s east side, which is less congested and provides convenient access via existing access points at Route 155 and Bill Gardner Parkway and a proposed interchange at Bethlehem Road.
King Mill is located in a heavily industrialized area and has such nationally known corporate neighbors as Whirlpool, Rheem, Nestle, Fed Ex and Kimberly Clark, among others.
The buildings are designed by renowned architects MacGregor & Associates; Hayes, James & Associates is the civil engineer.
