Corridors I, a five-story 150,000 SF office building at Corridors - Chicago, borrows design features from traditional offices and budget-conscious data-processing operations and projects that high-profile image companies demand. The 30' by 30' bay size accommodates modular space planning, while the 65' core-to-window depth allows a practical mix of workstations and private, perimeter offices.

Designated a "smart park", Corridors features redundant fiberoptics and backup power to support technologically sophisticated companies.
