Primary Responsibilities
Jeff Ludwig leads the development and leasing of portfolio properties for The Alter Group in the Downers Grove/Lombard/Darien areas of DuPage County. In leasing transactions, he negotiates contracts and monitors property management and other client services. Additionally, he coordinates build-to-suit activities, business development and real estate consulting services throughout the North-South Tollway and East-West Tollway corridors.
Background
Mr. Ludwig began his professional career in 1984. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Marketing from DePaul University and is a registered real estate broker in the State of Illinois.

Mr. Ludwig's accomplishments on behalf of The Alter Group include Oak Creek Center, Lombard, IL, a 70-acre business park with nearly 900,000 SF; Yorkbrook Park, Lombard, IL, a 68-acre business park with 930,658 SF; Woodlake Corporate Park, Lombard, IL, a 56-acre business park with 262,672 SF of office/service center buildings; Darien Business Center, Darien, IL, a 26-acre business park with 204,152 SF of office and retail space; and Arboretum Center for Business, Downers Grove, IL, an 8.3-acre business park with 44,466 SF of office/service center space.
