As Senior Vice President - Development, Jeff Raduechel oversees all land and building development activities and services for The Alter Group’s properties in the Northeastern United States, including Chicago and Washington, D.C. In addition, he oversees select build-to-suit and medical office building opportunities in various markets across the nation. |

Jeff brings a 30-year track record of financial, technical, managerial, sales and marketing skills to The Alter Group. Most recently, he was President/Principal of one of the national affiliates of the Panattoni Group of Companies, where he led business units generating annual revenues exceeding $500 million. Prior to that, Jeff served as Vice President/General Manager for Opus North Corporation, the Midwestern affiliate of Opus Corporation. While at Opus North, Jeff was responsible for the companies' construction and development management activities and oversaw 5,000,000 SF of annual projects, including the high-profile Highland Landmark I, II, III and IV office buildings in Downers Grove, IL.
Over his career, Jeff has participated in the sourcing, negotiation, management and execution of projects valued in excess of $1.75 billion. He joined The Alter Group in 2007. |

Mr. Raduechel's project responsibilities on The Alter Group's behalf include the development of Corridors 4, a pioneering LEED-submitted 470,000 SF office complex in Downers Grove, IL; One11 West Illinois Street, a 12-story, 285,000 SF office building in downtown Chicago's River North neighborhood; and The Crossroads at Westfields, an 18-acre Class A office park adjacent to the National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO) in Chantilly, VA. |
