Primary Responsibilities

Donna Jarmusz serves as Senior Vice President for Business Development & Strategic Initiatives of Alter+Care, the healthcare arm of The Alter Group. Her responsibilities include developing business opportunities and operations for healthcare providers and physicians and delivering comprehensive outpatient facilities to fulfill their strategic goals.

 

As a senior healthcare administrator, Donna developed numerous healthcare projects such as ambulatory care centers, hospital-physician organizations, centers of excellence in cardiology, oncology and orthopedics, wellness centers, medical office buildings, rehabilitation centers, physician practice management services and other programs and services, utilizing her strategic planning, marketing, sales and operations.

 

Ms. Jarmusz maintains an expertise in business planning for consumer-driven healthcare. Her integrated approach to creating healthcare and wellness facilities provides heightened accessibility for physicians and consumers while enhancing financial viability.
Background
Previously the founder and president of The IBIS Group, Inc., a national facility development company specializing in turnkey medically based health and fitness centers, Ms. Jarmusz brings a 30-year track record of healthcare business development, marketing and strategic planning to Alter+Care.
Project Experience
Ms. Jarmusz has developed over 14 successful medically-based fitness centers for hospitals, colleges and universities, municipalities, parks and recreation departments and other not-for-profit organizations. She has achieved a 100% success rate in attaining projected membership and financial viability for all centers to date.

She is currently developing Wellness Centers in the Northeast, Southeast and Southern areas of the country:
