Primary Responsibilities
Jim Clark leads the overall operations of the firm and provides expertise in property dispositions, acquisitions, advisory and structured financing services.
Background
Mr. Clark began his real estate career in 1984 and formed EnTrust Realty Advisors in 2002. His prior positions include: President Investment Services Group at Transwestern Commercial Service; Managing Director, Grubb & Ellis Institutional Service Group; Senior Vice President Ares Realty Capital; Regional Vice President, MONY and Vice President, Lehman Brothers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the New York University College of Business, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Marketing from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
Project Experience
As founder of EnTrust, Mr. Clark has completed more than $900 million in investment property transactions and 5.5 million square feet of commercial office, medical office and industrial space and 1,768 multifamily units on behalf of leading institutional and private investors, nationwide.

Mr. Clark has significant experience in investment banking and capital markets transactions, and extensive relationships with institutional investors, opportunity funds, REITs, developers, lenders, estate service companies and transaction professionals. He has completed over $2.5 billion of investment transactions; managed $1 billion worth of assets and portfolio properties; and provided leadership in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions.
