| Primary Responsibilities |
|
|
Linda Felthouse supervises property and facility operations, and property improvement programs for the vast 17,000,000 SF property portfolio of Alter Asset Management. She also manages the transition from development to operations for new projects being developed by The Alter Group nationally. This encompasses the supervision of on-site maintenance staff; lease administration; selection and supervision of independent contractors; annual budget preparation; and tenant relations.
Alter Asset Management is an affiliate of The Alter Group, which was honored as NAIOP's National Developer of the Year in 2010. |

Ms. Felthouse has a Bachelor of Liberal Arts & Sciences degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Arts Degree from North Central College in Naperville, IL. She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois and has the Certified Property Manager designation. Ms. Felthouse is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and its Membership/Admissions Committee, the DuPage Board of Realtors, the Building Owners and Managers Association and the International Facility Management Association. |
