As President of TroubleShooters, Inc., Tom Casey handles interior construction build-outs and tenant-improvement projects for The Alter Group, directly for tenants of The Alter Group, as well as for third-party clients. His primary responsibilities encompass sales, estimating and construction management.

Troubleshooters is an affiliate of The Alter Group, which was named NAIOP's 2010 National Developer of the Year.

Mr. Casey brings nearly 40 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance and renovation to The Alter Group's TroubleShooters affiliate, which he established in 1979. As Chief Engineer for a high-rise maintenance firm for 11 years, Mr. Casey supervised a staff of 30.

Mr. Casey joined The Alter Group in 1977 as Vice President/Director of Operations and was responsible for supervising and training all maintenance personnel.
