This is ReadiDesign’s solution to the international demand for functional, cost-efficient call centers. With labor markets being more expensive overseas and the need for closer scrutiny of operational issues, the domestic call center market is once again thriving. The CallCore models range in scope from a single-story building with 50,000 SF to an eight-story, 400,000 SF facility, based on a 50,000 SF floor plate. Although CallCore’s shell and site requirements meet the standards of a corporate office building, it is the interior space plan and furnishings that reflect the high density and unique workflow of a call-center operation.
