| Primary Responsibilities |

|
Mike Ochs provides expertise in asset underwriting, financial modeling, property operational analysis, due diligence review and transaction analysis. He has extensive experience in reporting processes of property operations, financial statements, budgeting, debt service and real estate tax administration as well as pro-forma analysis of various projects and scenarios. He is extensively involved in operational and due diligence asset review and in coordinating related issues between investors, property management and ownership.

Mr. Ochs has served nearly 20 years as a senior financial officer for The Alter Group, and has been involved in overseeing the financial implementation of over $100 million in development projects and the financial management of a 6,700,000 SF national portfolio valued at more than $758 million. |

For the Alter Construction Management affiliate, Mike has been involved in projects such as the construction of Superior Ambulance’s corporate headquarters, Elmhurst, IL; Robert Morris University, Orland Park, IL; and the five-building Loudoun Gateway Corporate Center, Dulles, VA. Additionally, Mike has participated in projects for The Alter Group such as the development of an 835,000 SF office/distribution center for Thomson Learning, Independence, KY; the construction of two 225,000 SF corporate headquarters office buildings for Siemens Westinghouse Power Corporation, Orlando, FL; and the development of a 150,000 SF headquarters office for Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation at Riverwalk Arizona, Scottsdale, AZ. |
