Primary Responsibilities

As President, Mr. Alter is responsible for all planning and operations of The Alter Group, a national corporate real estate development firm with five vertically integrated companies. This year, The Alter Group has 4,000,000 SF of space, worth $600 million, under development across the nation. Affiliates include Entrust Realty Advisors, which creates real time custom solutions to facilitate the disposition of national portfolio properties to well capitalized third party private and institutional investors; Alter+Care, a healthcare real estate development firm; Alter Construction Group, which provides construction services; Alter Asset Management, a property-management firm; Alter Asset Recovery, which provides expedited recovery solutions for distressed commercial real estate; and Alter 360, which provides turn-key brokerage services to entrepreneurial businesses and small property owners.

In 2010, The Alter Group was honored as NAIOP's National Developer of the Year.

Background

Mr. Alter and his wife are north suburban residents and are the parents of three children.

Mr. Alter has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Harvard University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Alter is the Principal Owner of the Chicago Sky, the WNBA franchise in Chicago.

A Chicago native, Mr. Alter previously was a practicing attorney with Mayer Brown & Platt and clerk to William J. Bauer, former Chief Judge of the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

Mr. Alter established and is a Board Member of City Year Chicago, now in its twelfth year. This unique national service organization unites young people from diverse backgrounds, ages 17 to 23, for a demanding year of full-time community service and leadership development.

Primary Responsibilities
Harvey Alter is a key member of The Alter Group's business development and tenant relations team. In addition, he manages a number of asset management initiatives including all rent collections, the roof preventive maintenance program and coordinates walk-throughs for risk management and loss control audits, as well as environmental compliance inspections.

The Alter Group was honored as NAIOP's National Developer of the Year in 2010.

Mr. Alter joined Alter Asset Management in 1991. In addition to serving as a board member for The Landmark Prep School, Mr. Alter chairs the facilities committee for the 80-acre, two-campus prep school in Prides Crossing, MA. Additionally, Mr. Alter serves on the executive board, is an active participant on the committee of trustees, visits the school approximately eight times a year and has been the school’s commencement speaker. A 1982 graduate of The Landmark Prep School, Mr. Alter in 2006 was awarded the first “Living Proof” award for his fundraising efforts on the school’s behalf.

Primary Responsibilities
As Managing Principal of our organization's affiliated real estate investment services firm, Mr. Clark provides property dispositions, acquisitions, and private equity/mezzanine financing services. EnTrust's client-focused approach to real estate investment services gives Alter+Care a senior level hands-on service resource on a cost-competitive basis with a single source of accountability and coordination of all activity.

While President of the Investment Services Group of Transwestern Commercial Services, L.L.C., Mr. Clark helped The Alter Group explore various options to re-capitalize the firm's Chicago-area office and industrial portfolio. Ultimately, Mr. Clark managed the disposition of 30 buildings comprising over one million square feet.

Mr. Clark has significant experience in investment banking and capital markets. Mr. Clark also has extensive relationships with institutional investors, opportunity funds, REITs, developers, lenders, real estate service companies and transaction professionals. He has completed $2 billion of investment transactions, managed $1 billion worth of assets and portfolio properties, and provided leadership in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions.

John Driscoll serves as President of Alter+Care, the healthcare development arm of The Alter Group. His experience includes strategic business development, financing and operational activities for Alter+Care as it continues to perform as one of the top 10 healthcare development firms in the nation.

Mr. Driscoll's daily analysis of the marketplace encompasses not only real estate, but the overall market as it pertains to the healthcare profession. This includes federal and state regulations and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursements. Current trends he can illuminate include the general economic downturn as it pertains to healthcare, fluctuations in midterm interest rates and ten-year treasuries, the federal budget and its reimbursement for healthcare services, and the continuous shift of medical services to the outpatient arena, thereby reducing hospital stays and increasing demand for ambulatory care.

Background
Previously, Mr. Driscoll directed all healthcare-related real estate activities for Rush University Medical Center, including strategic facilities planning, capital budgeting, capital development projects, property management and leasing. His most recent move in a real estate career that began in 1978 was joining The Alter Group to develop its Alter+Care affiliate in 1996.
Project Experience
John Driscoll's pioneering project with Alter+Care was the development of Chicago's CORE Center, a cutting-edge 60,000 SF outpatient healthcare facility dedicated to the prevention, care and research of HIV and related infectious diseases. The facility was cited by the Chicago Sun-Times as Build-to-Suit Project of the Year.

Current projects include a medical office building totaling 70,000 SF for CHRISTUS Spohn Health System in Corpus Christi, TX; Morehead Medical Plaza, a 185,000 SF medical office building for Carolinas HealthCare System in Charlotte, NC; Terrace Park Professional Center, a 60,000 SF medical office building for Trinity Regional Health System in Bettendorf, IA; Madison Medical Plaza, a 70,000 SF medical office building for Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, IL; and Provena Medical Building at Caton Farm, a 35,000 SF medical office building for Provena Health System in Plainfield, IL.

Kent Moe oversees all land and building development activities and services for The Alter Group's developments in the southwestern United States. This includes land acquisition and planning; engineering; site design; landscape architecture; architecture; annexation and zoning; due diligence; environmental; subdivision and platting; permitting and construction. He also manages all tenant improvement matters.
Background
Before joining The Alter Group in 2000, Mr. Moe, who began his planning and development career in 1983, earned valuable experience managing design and construction projects for one of the nation's largest design/build developers.

In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Construction Management from Minnesota State University at Mankato, Mr. Moe is a licensed contractor in the State of Nevada and a member of the Valley Partnership and the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties.

As Executive Vice President, Mr. Thomas directs all real estate development activities and services, including land acquisition; master planning; site development; design and construction of buildings and infrastructure; zoning and annexation concerns as well as development joint ventures. He also supervises financial matters relating to project viability and performance.

Mr. Thomas has guided the development of hundreds of acres of business parks, both in Chicago and Atlanta, along with more than 100 build-to-suit projects. He has supervised the development of more than 150 speculative multi-tenant office and distribution centers, orchestrated numerous public/private partnerships and Tax Increment Financing (TIF) districts.

As CFO, Ron Siegel's responsibilities encompass every financial facet of The Alter Group's operations. For land acquisition, his role includes financial modeling, determining costs, obtaining financing and supervising closings. Mr. Siegel's participation in the construction process involves the establishment of cost/rent or cost/sales price relationships; procurement of construction financing; supervision of cash flow; and the monitoring of financial and legal requirements after lease or sale closings. Mr. Siegel serves as The Alter Group's liaison with outside legal counsel and maintains continual corporate relationships with all financing sources -- banks, mortgage brokers, insurance companies, underwriters and pension funds.

Additionally, he is responsible for all corporate and affiliate tax planning, financial planning, accounting, budgeting, cash management and investments.

Background
Mr. Siegel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois. He is a  Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Siegel, who joined The Alter Group in 1976 after a six-year career at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young), began his financial, accounting and management career in 1970.

As President, Mr. Gould directs all activities of joined Alter Asset Management, the property and facilities management affiliate of The Alter Group, responsible for the company's 6,000,000 SF of office and industrial space and 1,500 acres of land. Mr. Gould supervises the operational aspects of buildings and grounds planning, environmental issues, building systems and construction materials for joined Alter Asset Management's portfolio of business parks, more than 100 office and industrial buildings, retail and service centers in Illinois, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Arizona, Florida, Ohio and South Carolina. He supervises tenant relations; tax and rent collections; preventive maintenance; building operations; security; and energy management. Mr. Gould also supervises property and facilities management and consulting services performed for the more than 1,500,000 SF owned by the companys outside clients.

Alter Asset Management is an affiliate of The Alter Group, which was honored as NAIOP's National Developer of the Year in 2010.

Mr. Gould has a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial & Office Parks, the International Facility Management Association and the Apartment and Condominium Council of Chicago.
